What is Suntex Marinas?
SUNTEX MARINA is the leading owner, operator and developer of high-quality coastal and inland marina properties located throughout the United States. Led by a management team with more than 100 years combined experience investing in, acquiring, and operating marinas, Suntex currently employs more than 60 people in its corporate office and over 1200 on-site at its marinas. We operate Liberty Landing Marina in Jersey City, NJ and Marina Jack in Sarasota, FL, both of which have been awarded “Marina of the Year” by Marina Dock Age, so we fully understand the intricacies of operating world class marina facilities.

Is Suntex Marinas a "Clean Marina"?
We believe that marina owners and operators should serve our industry as good stewards of the aquatic marine environment. We have chosen to lead by example. We voluntarily initiated and implemented a set of environmental Best Management Practices (BMP) designed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to preserve Florida's waterways. These BMPs address critical environmental issues such as sensitive habitat, waste management, storm water control, spill prevention, and emergency preparedness.
Do you have wet slips?
Yes, we have wet slips accommodating boats up to 60' in length.
What is the depth of the marina or approach to the marina at low tide?
Suntex Marina - Jupiter is immediately adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway and the entrance has approximately 7 foot draft at mean low tide.
Do you have dry storage?
We do have Dry Storage at Suntex Marina - Jupiter. Our storage barn will accommodate boats inside up to 35 feet and we have additional outside rack storage up to 40 feet.
Do you rent boats?
We do not have rental boats available at this location.
How do I get to Suntex Marina - Jupiter?
You can access Suntex Marina - Jupiter by land by exiting I-95 or Florida's Turnpike in the northern Palm Beach area at the Indiantown Road exit. Travel East on Indiantown Road, once you pass over the railroad tracks turn right on Alt. A1A for approximately 1/2 mile just past the first stoplight and turn left crossing the median to the main entrance for the Jonathan's Landing development. Stop at the guard gate and follow the directional signs to the marina.
You can access Suntex Marina - Jupiter by water directly from the IntraCoastal Waterway - we are located on the west side of the channel about 1 mile south of the Jupiter Inlet or approximately ½ mile south of the Indiantown Road bridge.
What are the hours for Suntex Marina - Jupiter?
The marina office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm seven days a week. All Suntex Marina locations are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
What do I do if there is an after hours-emergency?
The office phones are forwarded nightly to an answering service. The service will contact one of the Property Managers or other Suntex Marina official in the event of an emergency. If the incident involves injury or an unlawful act, please dial 911. Let the 911 operator know you are located at 3238 Casseekey Island Road and the location on the property. A call to the main office at 561-747-8980 is also appreciated.
What is the closest airport?
The closest airports for commercial air transport are: West Palm Beach International (PBI), about 15 miles to the South; Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International (FLL), about 60 miles South. North Palm Beach County General Aviation airport is located about 6 miles to the West.
Do you allow liveaboards?
Suntex Marina - Jupiter does not have any restrictions on live-aboards that we are aware of at this time.
Do you offer new or used boat sales?
We do not offer new or used boat sales at Suntex Marina - Jupiter. Please feel free however, to contact our Harbor Master for assistance regarding sales, charters or other leasing opportunities. We have working relationships with some of the best brokerage firms in the area.
Do you sell gas or diesel?
Suntex Marina - Jupiter sells only ValvTect marine specific 90 octane non-ethanol gasoline offered exclusively at all Suntex Marina locations. In fact, we offer our Members a discount on fuel. Contact the Harbor Master for more information.
Do you sell bait?
We do sell frozen saltwater baits on site. Our onsite conveniences include a ships store carrying boating essentials, soda, beer, ice and Suntex Marina logo branded merchandise.
Are there any good fishing locations near you?
We are just minutes from the Jupiter Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean - whether you like to fish just off the beach or way offshore, we have easy access to the finest fishing in the Palm Beach area. Also, a well kept secret; there is inshore fishing in the Loxahatchee River and the ICW for snook, trout & redfish that rivals any other hotspot.
Do you have on-site pump-out service? How do I arrange for pump-out service?
On-site pump-out is available free to all Members and to any non-members for a minimal $5 fee. Contact the Marina Office or Harbor Master to arrange.
How far away is the beach?
The nearest beach would be Jupiter or Juno Beach, approximately 1 mile to the East.
Are there any beaches or islands nearby that we can drop anchor and swim?
Suntex Marina - Jupiter has access to many great areas that are picture perfect for sunning & fun. Talk with our staff to find the best spots.
Are there any areas close by to go water skiing?
Yes, the ICW immediately next to the marina has several areas with unrestricted speed zones well suited to water skis & wake boards.
Are there any restaurants on the water that I can get to?
Jetty's, the Square Grouper and the Crab House are located on the south side on the waterway just before you reach the Jupiter Inlet, less than a mile from the marina.
Are there any fixed bridges in the area? If so, what are the height limits?
No fixed bridges to the North - instead both the Indiantown Road Bridge and the US #1 bridge are bascules opening on regular schedules. Traveling south, there are bascules at Donald Ross Road, PGA Boulevard and another US #1 - there is a fixed bridge at Blue Heron Boulevard before you reach the Palm Beach inlet but it is 65 foot clearance at mean low tide.
